Your tasks are :

• Operation and setup of the 5-axis CNC grinding system for processing concrete rings (e.g., for wind turbine tower production)
• Defining quality requirements
• Creating manufacturing documentation
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives

Our requirements are:

• Completed technical training as a Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/d), CNC Grinder (m/f/d), or equivalent professional experience
• Technical and economic understanding
• Physical resilience
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work in 3- or 4-shift operations
