What is temporary work?
Temporary work or temporary employment is a specific employment status involving three parties: the lender (4u2Work), the worker (the applicant), and the borrower (a company). We employ job seekers with a fixed-term or permanent contract. Companies come to us with temprary or long-term needs of workforce. We then “lend” our workers to execute the agreed-upon jobs for a pre-determined period.
